Required Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in TN or a Compact state
- Minimum of 3 months of corrections or acute hospital healthcare experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a correctional environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior correctional healthcare experience
- Knowledge of correctional protocols and procedures
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid LPN license in Tennessee
- At least 3 months of correctional healthcare experience
