What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience as an OR RN with proficiency in endoscopy, orthopedics (podiatry), eye, and urology procedures
- Ability to work on an on-call rotation, including variable hours
- Familiarity with general surgery and gynecology cases is highly preferred
- Experience with pain injections, cataract surgeries, and endoscopies is advantageous
- Current OR license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions considered through facility documentation
Additional Skills that Set You Apart:
- Strong knowledge of perioperative services across PreOp, OR, and PACU settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic surgical environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or higher) with current state licensure
- Prior OR experience in a hospital or surgical center setting, ideally with exposure to multiple specialties
Other Requirements:
- Ability to complete a comprehensive compliance packet by September 26th for a scheduled start on October 13th
- Willingness to work across multiple perioperative areas as needed
