- Weekly Pay - every Friday
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a valid and current license in the state of application (West Virginia)
- Must have 1–2 years of experience in the applicable setting (long-term care)
- Active certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and CPR
- COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required, where applicable
Position Overview:
GLC Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in line with individualized care plans.
- Assist residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor vital signs and resident health, documenting changes and reporting concerns.
- Maintain accurate medical records and care documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Support RNs and physicians in implementing care plans.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
- Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary meetings.
