Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $32
  • Weekly Pay - every Friday

Job Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid and current license in the state of application (West Virginia)
  • Must have 1–2 years of experience in the applicable setting (long-term care)
  • Active certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and CPR
  • COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required, where applicable

Position Overview:
GLC Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in line with individualized care plans.
  • Assist residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
  • Monitor vital signs and resident health, documenting changes and reporting concerns.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and care documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Support RNs and physicians in implementing care plans.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary meetings.
