Are you a skilled Registered Nurse with acute dialysis experience looking to expand your horizons? As a crucial member of our Travel Dialysis Resource Pool, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple top hospitals in the NTX area, including Medical City Arlington, North Hills, Alliance, and Las Colinas. Enjoy the flexibility of floating between facilities or focusing on a single hospital — all while supporting vital dialysis services in fast-paced, diverse clinical environments.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in acute dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital settings and protocols.
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
- Flexibility to work 3-12 hour productive shifts weekly, primarily between 6:00AM and 6:00PM.
- Availability for up to 7 call shifts per week, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a float or travel nursing role.
- Prior exposure to multiple hospital environments.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities with confidence.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Previous dialysis experience, preferably in acute settings.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent dialysis or critical care nursing.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to float to different facilities within the NTX area, with an option for steady assignment at a primary hospital.
- Ability to handle on-call duties, including weekend rotations.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to adapt to schedule needs.
